EUGENE CHRYSLER
|
Eugene Chrysler’s musical style can be best summed up as a toe tappin’,
fun lovin’, sometimes quirky mix of honky-tonk, western swing,
rockabilly, and blues. As with the rest of the Dusters, Eugene is a star
in his own right with two CD’s to his credit, the most recent being
“Hillbilly Shakespeare”, recorded down in Austin, Texas. In addition to
performing and recording, Eugene also directs music videos. |

T. J. is a talented pianist in the Chicago Blues tradition. T. J. embarked on his music career as a teenager playing with "the old guys" in such bands as K. D. and the Dynatones, Little Jimmy and the Starlights, Flatbush Avenue and The Drivers. He attended Berklee College of Music, but gave up his studies prematurely to join the Navy. Once in the Navy, he got married and started a family, and the music, no longer a priority, was put on the back burner. But only for awhile, since you can’t keep a good musician down. Eventually, he became active once more. He performed with some rock cover bands before meeting and joining Roadside Louie as a regular Duster, adding his own energetic zeal to to the ensemble. When he's not playing with Roadside, he freelances on occasion, and also performs with his vocally talented wife, Lynn. |
